Fallout 5: Creators About the Release of a New Part

Todd Howarddirector and executive producer in Bethesda Game Studiosgave an interview to IGN, in which he told about plans for the coming years.

He announced the start of work on the fifth part of the series Falloutbut he noted that this would only happen when the studio finishes its current, enormous project – The Elder Scrolls 6. So it is already known that Fallout 5 will be Bethesda’s next big production.

Unfortunately – and for the fans The Elder Scrollsand for lovers Fallouta – work on the sixth installment of TES is still at a very early stage. Howard announced in an interview with an IGN journalist that the game is currently in pre-production.

Considering that The Elder Scrolls 6 will be a huge RPG with an action set in the open world, its premiere should not be expected earlier than 2025-2026.

Work on The Elder Scrolls 6 is at such an early stage that we still know practically nothing about the game since the official announcement in 2018. Various rumors are circulating on the web. It is said that the action of the sixth installment of the cult RPG series will take us to the province of Hammerfell or to the continent of Akavir.

The game is probably created on the basis of refreshed technology (the one used in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim is already heavily outdated). The Gamebryo engine has been completely rebuilt with it in mind.

The Elder Scolls 6 will probably only be released on PCs and consoles, which are still referred to as next-genes. However, on Xbox Series X | S the game may be a temporary exclusive. It wouldn’t be surprising, since Bethesda has been owned by Microsoft for some time.
