Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout will receive the Season 3-5 update later today.
Developer MediaTonic announced this yesterday social media announced. The company also gave the name of the seasonal update, which was chosen by the community:

The Fall Guys season update contains a completely new level, although no details have been announced yet. Also, all kinds of new features are added to existing levels to make them feel fresh.
Furthermore, the Season Update should add new costumes and add previously available costumes that were popular to the regular Fall Guys store.
