realized that he was filming, or taking pictures of her buttocks, as soon as her back was turned. But this is just one victim among many. Another also clarified that she made sure to no longer wear a skirt or dress during meetings. They are 5 in total to have lodged a complaint against him, all teachers and colleagues of the accused. Others, however, fell from the clouds when they learned of the images that featured them.
During the search of her home, the police got hold of three central units, where a large number of images of her sisters were found. No embarrassment to admit that he found them pretty and felt pleasure. He said he has had erection problems for several years. A fact confirmed by his wife, although according to her, her husband was only stressed by his work. She could never have imagined him to be the author of the facts which he nevertheless admitted.

She then thought it was her period but the action did not happen again. Despite the facts she relates, the mother would never have imagined this of Thomas whom she describes as kind and polite. The principal of the school in turn evokes a discreet and reserved person.
Thomas admits to having touched Claire’s breasts, buttocks and sex, but denies having put his hand in her vagina. However, a video entitled “Claire’s pussy” shows the scene of the accused putting his fingers between her vaginal lips. The girl even confessed to her big sister that her teacher had put
“his big fingers and his penis in his cave”
.
Blowjobs twice a month
Described by her psychologist as having a mental age of 6 years, her attacker would have chosen her for her inability to communicate. The touching would have started in 2016 and the blowjobs a year later. The scenes still took place in her classroom, with blowjobs about every other Wednesday. Videos prove that some touching even took place while other students were nearby. Claire’s statements about these “yum yum sex” blowjobs prove her limited side.
Thomas, recognizing all the facts with which he is accused except vaginal penetrations, was then indicted for rape of a minor. The accused minimizes his actions and even declares that Claire had behaved provocatively towards him. However, although no mental pathology was detected, the psychiatric examination proved the perverse trait of his personality. It is Me Georges-André Hoarau who will defend the fifty-something during these two days of trial at the Saint-Denis Court of Appeal. Claire will be represented by Me Anna Ferrere.
