The Facilisoins call for applications is open until January 15, 2022. This experiment aims, for people with disabilities in institutions, better access to care in ordinary settings, via common law funding.
Test a new funding model for the organization of prevention and care for people with disabilities (children and adults) in a medico-social establishment? This is the objective of the call for applications for the system renamed Facilisoins. After a three-month prototyping phase in Haute-Garonne (article linked below), this experiment, which is intended to be “Innovative”, extends to the whole territory.
Common law care
It intends to guarantee an inclusive and coordinated health course by mobilizing the health resources of the territory. In other words, remove city care and health products (drugs and individual medical devices) from the budget of establishments so that they are financed by health insurance, and therefore by common law. On the other hand, nursing care, prevention and care coordination activities, support for impairment and autonomy would remain covered by the establishment’s budget as part of a program. “Health package”. With Facilisoins, the government thus hopes to improve recourse to the ordinary environment. If this experiment is conclusive, it will be generalized.
