JAKARTA, iNews.id – Good news for iOS users. Social media Facebook recently launched dark mode or dark mode into the application for iOS users.
The launch of this feature was carried out by Facebook after the social media company implemented the same thing on their desktop version. However, this dark mode feature can still only be used by a small portion of iOS users globally.
One user who shares the appearance of the Facebook application when the feature is activated is @NotFridayCraig.
“So I have a dark mode on Facebook now,” the account said as quoted by Digital Trends, Sunday (6/28/2020).
In some screenshots, the dark mode activation bar is under ‘Settings & Privacy’.
The addition of the dark mode to the iOS social networking application was made after the launch of the feature to WhatsApp and Messenger in March. Next Facebook redesigned its desktop appearance, including the addition of dark mode.
Not only Facebook, the same social media has also adopted this feature, like Instagram and Twitter which can be used on iOS and new Android devices.
However, it is not yet known when the dark mode feature can be enjoyed by all global users, both iOS or Android users.
