Telekom manager Boris Nemsic is leaving as a business angel, while Helmut Fallmann is joining the listed Linz software company Fabasoft at KnowledgeFox, the Viennese training specialist for online training. The founder Gregor Cholewa keeps 30 percent, 70 go to the Linz company for an undisclosed purchase price.
