Microsoft has now hired the law firm Arent Fox to review the company’s rules regarding harassment and discrimination at work and how these have been maintained, reports The Verge.
At the end of 2021 Almost 78 percent of Microsoft shareholders voted to investigate compliance with the company’s sexual harassment policy.
Among other things, the investigation will take a closer look at the investigations into sexual harassment that Microsoft itself has already carried out. This includes investigations into major management figures within the company, including former CEO Bill Gates.
