– The person has a workplace at an institution in Malvik municipality, and the infection control offices in Trondheim and Malvik are now collaborating on the infection tracing work. It has been clarified that several employees and residents in both municipalities are close contacts to the infected person, Trondheim municipality states in a press release.
The case of infection is linked to an ongoing outbreak in the city.
– The person in question has been followed up closely since a positive test became known, and the municipal chief in Malvik collaborates with colleagues in Trondheim on infection detection.
No one in Malvik municipality has tested positive for covid-19 since April.
