Explanatory text often used to describe a phenomenon that occurs in life. Usually membehas about a natural event, scientific, social, and cultural.

In making explanatory text we have to relate the cause and effect of an event. We are prioritized to find out how this can happen in this life.

1. General Statement (Opening)

In actual lunar events the moon is not completely covered, but can still be seen. This is because there is still sunlight that is deflected towards the moon by the earth’s atmosphere. The deflected light has a red spectrum, which is the reason why during a lunar eclipse, the moon’s appearance is not dark. The resulting color can be copper red, brown, and even orange.

A rainbow is an optical phenomenon in the form of a light that has a variety of parallel colors and appears in the sky. Usually the formation of rainbows occurs by the refraction of sunlight by water droplets.
