In Florida, 56 intensive care units in 25 counties have been filled to capacity and show no available beds. Dr. José Gonzales Zamora, associate professor of Infectious Diseases at the University of Miami, explains that one of the reasons for the increase in cases in Florida is that there is no general regulation on the use of masks in the state.
