«Every time we meet»: – Decline

On Saturday, the stage was again set for a match for TV viewers between NRK and TV 2.

Statskanalen showed the second semi-final of the Melodi Grand Prix, where artist Farida Bolseth Benounis advanced to the grand final on 19 February. She beat out the artists Liy Löwe, Steffen Jacobsen and Daniel Lukas.

The second semi-final received a total of 574,000 viewers. 556,000 of these saw the broadcast linearly, and this gives NRK a market share of 48 percent.

The most watched program on NRK this weekend was “Masters of the Masters”, which gathered a total of 1.3 million viewers.

Melodi Grand Prix experienced a sharp drop in viewers last week, compared to last year. 555,000 made it to the first semi-final, where artist Frode Vassel went on to the final on 19 February. This was a sharp decline from last year, when the first semi-final gathered 802,000 viewers.

Decline

On TV 2, six Norwegian artists gathered to interpret the artist Myra’s songs in “Every time we meet”.

This year’s participants who will interpret each other’s songs this season are Jarle Bernhoft, Arif, Stig Brenner, Myra, TIX, Anna of the North, Øystein Greni and Maj Britt Andersen.

The figures from the figures show that “Every time we meet” received a total of 446,000 viewers. The previous program had a viewership of 495,000. Saturday’s episode is thus a decrease of almost 50,000 viewers.
