Everton have no forwards to face Chelsea
Last season was catastrophic at Everton. The news does not start much better.
The season has not yet started and Everton are already struggling. Maintained on the penultimate day of the Premier League in the spring, the Toffees will start the new season without a scorer at home against Chelsea on Saturday. Richarlison sent to Tottenham, Salomón Rondón suspended for the first day, Dominic Calvert-Lewin was the last to be able to apply for the peak. Only, Frank Lampard announced Thursday that the England international was hit in the knee and was going to be sidelined for six weeks. This leaves Everton without a central striker in their senior team.
