Catholic Charities and the Archdiocese of New York today are hosting an event where they will be providing information on vital services for the immigrant community.
This Immigrant Fair takes place in St. Mary Park, at St. Ann Avenue and East 143rd Street, in the Bronx.
And until 4 p.m., attendees can find information and be referred to legal services, assistance for day laborers, naturalization classes, assistance to obtain housing, and health services.
200 bags of non-perishable food and fresh products will also be distributed among the attendees.
The program is carried out with the support of the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs.
