About the ​Role:

We⁤ are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Experience Coordinator to join our team! In this pivotal role, you will be⁢ responsible for the⁤ full lifecycle⁣ of⁣ our events⁢ -⁢ from initial concept and planning to flawless execution and insightful post-event analysis. You’ll⁢ be a key driver in creating engaging and memorable experiences that ⁣align with our⁤ organization’s values and ‌strengthen relationships with our community, partners,⁣ and stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

* Event Design & Execution: Lead the planning and logistical coordination of events, including developing detailed ⁣timelines, securing venues, and managing vendor relationships. this encompasses ⁤everything from sourcing necessary ‍permits and ​equipment ​to arranging travel and catering.
* On-Site Leadership: Take ownership of event day operations, overseeing setup, execution, and breakdown. You’ll provide direction to event staff, volunteers, and contractors, ensuring a ‍smooth and safe ⁢experience for all attendees.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: ⁣Work‍ closely with our‍ marketing, ‌sponsorship, and community outreach teams ⁤to‌ ensure cohesive⁤ event promotion and maximize impact. You’ll be a central hub for interaction, fostering strong working relationships across departments.
* Stakeholder Management: ⁤Serve as the primary liaison for vendors, sponsors, and attendees, providing extraordinary customer service and addressing any questions or⁢ concerns.
* Financial Oversight ‌& Analysis: Manage event budgets meticulously, processing invoices, tracking ‍expenses, ​and providing accurate financial reporting. You’ll also​ analyze‌ key event metrics -‌ attendance, revenue, and attendee feedback – to identify areas for ⁣advancement and demonstrate event success.
* Post-Event Reporting: Develop thorough post-event evaluations, summarizing key learnings and offering actionable recommendations for future events.

What You’ll Bring:

* Experience: ⁤ 2+ years⁤ of proven ‍experience⁤ in event planning, project management, or​ a related field.
*‌ Organization: Exceptional organizational and time-management⁤ skills with a keen eye ​for detail. the ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently is essential.
* Communication: outstanding⁤ verbal ‌and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse audiences.
* Flexibility: ⁤ Willingness to work ‍evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to support event schedules.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ‍Office⁢ Suite and experience with event/project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Eventbrite).
