Olive oil is one of the most natural oils discovered by man, beneficial to the health of the body in general, as God Almighty mentioned the olive tree from which this oil comes in the Holy Qur’an, describing it as the blessed tree to indicate the great benefit resulting from it and its derivatives.
Lemon also has many health benefits that are countless due to its enjoyment of many vitamins, minerals and nutrients, and honey has many benefits, the most important of which is mentioned in the Qur’an as healing.
So, if I mix these 3 elements together, we will get very impressive results from a health point of view, especially when I eat the mixture on an empty stomach.
Benefits of eating olives with lemon and honey before bed: 1- The mixture of lemon, olives and honey, when I take it before bed, works to provide the body with good cholesterol for it, by balancing between the good cholesterol and the bad cholesterol in the body.
2- The mixture works to get rid of many diseases, including chronic constipation, so it is useful for the health of the digestive system, and it also gets rid of accumulated waste such as stones, which contributes to cleansing the gym of harmful toxins.
3- This mixture contains antioxidants that greatly strengthen the body and protect it from various diseases. 4- Among the health benefits of consuming this drink is to strengthen immunity and make your body more powerful.
How to prepare the drink: We put a cup of water on the fire, when it boils, we put half a lemon and squeeze it well and let it boil for two minutes. We put it in a cup, then add to it two tablespoons of olive oil and one tablespoon of honey.
