Eurowings Discover to Launch Charter Flights to Stewart International Airport in New York

According to flight plan data, Eurowings Discover will operate four charter flights to New York’s Stewart International Airport.

According to Aeroroutes, the flights from Frankfurt are scheduled to take place on September 23rd and 26th and on October 7th and 17th. According to the website, these are charter flights. An Airbus A330-300 is used.

Flight “4Y 2104” departs from Frankfurt Airport at 10:25 a.m. and lands at Stewart Airport at 1:15 p.m. Flight “4Y 2105” departs at 3:30 p.m. and arrives in Frankfurt at 5:15 a.m. the following day.

Stewart International Airport is about 100 kilometers north of Manhattan. It was purchased by the Port Authority of New York in 2007 and has been serving the Hudson Valley region ever since.

In recent years, the location has established itself as a New York alternative for low-cost airlines. Allegiant flies various US routes from here. Frontier also had Stewart Airport in its program. Internationally, for example, the Icelandic low-cost airline Play flies to Steward.
