The Cuban telecommunications company (ETECSA) launched an award on Friday for the 500 mobile phone customers – prepaid and postpaid – that have carried out the largest number of financial operations with the Transfermóvil application, during 2019.

The news was released last day, from Cubacel’s Twitter profile.

“Launch of the Top 500 Transfermóvil Award that, on this occasion, will be awarded to the five hundred prepaid and postpaid cell phone customers throughout the country that have made more payment and transfer operations during the year 2019,” says the note.

According to the entity, the winners will receive a recharge equivalent to 5 CUC (125 CUP).

Transfermóvil, owned by ETECSA, is the only existing application on the Island to make payments of tax obligations and services of aqueduct-sewage, electricity and telephony. As well as, financial transfers, mobile top-ups, balance inquiries and bank account updates.

To access the platform, the user must have a personal line linked to a bank account and a magnetic card issued by the Banco Popular de Ahorro (BPA), the Banco de Crédito y Comercio (BANDEC) or the Metropolitan Bank.

This is not the first time that ETECSA announces a “rewards” for its customers. Last December, he gave a Alcatel 3X mobile phone – with a value of 156 CUC – to user number 6 million of the cellular telephony in the country.
