This error indicates that the game server does not recognize the installation of the game on your device and you cannot continue playing. This can occur when restoring data files from a backup of Pokémon Shuffle Mobile, whether done manually or if the backup you have in the cloud is restored automatically.
There is no way to correct this error. You will have to remove the game, reinstall it, and start over from the beginning.
