Minister of BUMN Erick Thohir reforming the composition of the board of directors and commissioners of PT Danareksa (Persero). This reform was carried out to strengthen Danareksa’s position in the financial industry, capital market, as well as interbank switching.
In the official statement of PT Danareksa, the decree appointed Arisudono Soerono as the President Director, Muhammad Teguh Wirahadikusumah.
as Director of Finance and Risk Management, Andry Setiawan as Director of Investment and M. Irwan as Director of Human Resources and Law.
Meanwhile, for the board of commissioners who are held by Robert Pakpahan as President Commissioner concurrently as Independent Commissioner, Barita Simanjuntak and Sonny Loho as Commissioners, and Mirza Adityaswara as Independent Commissioner.
“With the presence of this new leadership, it is hoped that it can further develop Danareksa’s business and service potential in the future,” wrote Danareksa’s management as quoted by Antara.
“With the synergy between the Danareksa Group, the company has now developed rapidly into a streamlined and dynamic Corporate Center to support various business developments.”
Danareksa currently has three subsidiaries, namely PT Danareksa Capital (ownership 99.90 percent), PT Danareksa Finance (ownership 99.99 percent) and PT Jalin Payment Nusantara (ownership 67 percent).
Meanwhile, the associated entities are PT Danareksa Investment Management (ownership 65 percent), PT Danareksa Sekuritas (ownership 33 percent).
