Especially for the position of managing director, Erick removed Arief Budiman from his position. Arief was replaced by Arisudono Soerono, who previously served as president director of PT Asset Management Company (Persero) or PPA.
Arief himself has only been president of Danareksa for two years. He was appointed based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises as the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company (Persero) PT Danareksa Number SK – 241 / MBU / 09/2018 concerning Dismissal and Appointment of the President Director of the Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT Danareksa dated September 13 2018.
Changes also occurred in the position of the main commissioner. Krisna Wijaya’s position was replaced by Robert Pakpahan. Robert is the former Director General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance.
