Entrepreneurs continue to sue for damages due to lockdown

The fact remains: The Reichenhaller Unternehmerforum (Rufo) wants to clarify in court whether the early lockdown in Berchtesgadener Land was legal or illegal.

The urgent application has become outdated because the general decree no longer applies, but it is also about compensation. The Reichenhaller lawyer Frank Starke, who files the lawsuit for the Rufo or on behalf of the hotel owner of the Hotel Hubertus, made it clear on Friday that it was not a class action. “Anyone who is affected in the catering or accommodation industry must file a lawsuit for himself.”

This should be received by the Bavarian Administrative Court in Munich by November 22, 2020. A lawyer is not compulsory, according to Starke.
