The drive station ® has been developing successful international events in the sports event sector for 20 years, with which we want to convey the fascination of running. We organize smaller and larger events. Our flagship project is the adidas TERREX Innsbruck Alpine Trailrun Festival with almost 4,000 participants. We also organize the Tyrolean Women’s Run and the TT children’s run with 3,000 participants and organize the Pitz Alpine Glacier Trail
We are looking for a reliable employee with a focus on marketing & sponsoring.
Your tasks are varied and varied and include, among other things:
- Development and implementation of media plans for our events
- Development, planning and implementation of all marketing measures (online & offline)
- Planning, organization and implementation of pre-events and press conferences
- Support of our social media channels
- Writing press releases and PR texts
- Acquisition of new sponsors & active maintenance of the relationship with existing sponsors
After successful training, the project-specific takeover of various sub-areas in the co-organization of our small and large events takes place. We therefore turn to organizational talent who are looking for an interesting, challenging job in the field of sports and event management.
What do we expect from you?
- Completed studies with a focus on marketing (Bachelor or Master) and first relevant professional experience
- Very good MS Office skills (Excel (!!), Outlook, Powerpoint, Word)
- Structured and precise way of working
- Strong communication skills, creativity, flexibility, initiative, organizational talent
- Experience with InDesign and WordPress is an advantage
