He usually patrols 7 road sections and supervises nearly 100 cleaners. Last year, 2 employees were late for work. According to the “Xiaoxiang Morning News” report, the incident occurred on March 11, 2021. Ouyang Zhaoquan found that one of the environmental cleaners, Hu Jikang, and his father were abnormal. Nobody was seen at work at 6:00 this morning, and it was still 7:00. Nobody showed up and he didn’t answer the phone. He felt something was wrong. First he asked some colleagues and went to check after he found out the address. Unexpectedly there was no answer when he knocked on the door, but a snoring could clearly be heard from the window, so he knocked on the window, but there was still no answer in the house. Only then did I understand what happened: the family was poisoned by gas, immediately called the police and found the landlord.
However, the landlord tried a set of keys and couldn’t find the right one. Ouyang Zhaoquan had to contact the blacksmith. Since there was no house number in the rented house, to help the firefighters find the place without problems, he went to a large easily recognizable tree in the distance, go down, back and forth several times. When the door was opened, the room was filled with thick gas and the stove was still burning. Hu Jikang woke up, but could not answer the question, and his parents went into a coma.
Ouyang Zhaoquan followed the ambulance to the hospital and helped the family through all relevant procedures such as hospitalization. Around noon, Hu Jikang and his father woke up one after the other. Although her mother still slept, she was out of harm’s way. Afterward, the family expressed their gratitude, but he was quite discreet and never talked about it with others until he was the subject of hot research and became everyone’s hero. In this regard, Ouyang Zhaoquan said not to think about it too much, and at the time he was anxious to know what had happened to the family.
