When James Le Mesurier was found dead on 11 November 2019 in the street where his office was located in Tophane, his wife Emma Winberg was banned from going abroad.
The lawyers of Emma Winberg, who applied to the Istanbul Criminal Court of Peace on duty, demanded that her client’s wife, James Le Musurier, be expected to be buried in England, and that the decision on the prohibition against going abroad should be abolished.
It was learned that Winberg went to London after the lawyers accepted this request. (DHA)
