At the beginning of the corona pandemic, Energieversorgung Offenbach (EVO) bought an emergency supply for its power plant employees for a possible quarantine – so that the supply of electricity and heat remains guaranteed. So far, not a single case has been registered with EVO, says CEO Christoph Meier. The company has now released the durable foods worth 4000 euros. On Monday they were donated to the Offenbacher Tafel. “Offenbach may not be a rich city, but we stand for one another like nowhere else,” said Christine Sparr, head of the board, at the handover.
