UTRECHT – The municipality of Utrecht has issued an emergency order due to increasing unrest in the Kanaleneiland district. “Due to serious disruptions to public order in the vicinity of the Rijnbaan, an emergency order is currently in force for part of the neighborhood,” said the local administrator.
