American entrepreneur and visionary Elon Musk gave a presentation of a new Tesla development in California. This is a humanoid robot prototype, called Optimus. According to Musk, mass production will begin in a few years.
During the presentation, the robot walked around the stage and greeted the audience. Musk showed a video where you can see how Optimus performs simple tasks: bending metal bars, carrying boxes, watering flowers.
According to the entrepreneur, humanoid robots will have to replace a person in production, as well as at home, for example, he will be able to shop. The cost of a robot will be around $ 20,000, which is comparable to a car.
