Bridenstine stressed that he was not aware of any contact between Musk and the four astronauts who were scheduled to board Crew-1. NASA astronauts Mike Hopkins, Victor Glover, Shannon Walker and Japanese astronaut Soichi Noguchi are scheduled to stay in space for six and a half months, to live and work on the International Space Station.
When asked if the launch would be postponed if any contact between Musk and crew members were identified with COVID-19, Bridenstine declined to answer.
According to Steve Stich, program manager for NASA’s Commercial Crew Program, crews enter “light quarantine,” when they can stay home with their families and then enter stricter quarantine.
“Our astronauts have been in quarantine for weeks and they shouldn’t be in contact with anyone. They should be in good shape,” added Steve.
Something extremely bogus is going on. Was tested for covid four times today. Two tests came back negative, two came back positive. Same machine, same test, same nurse. Rapid antigen test from BD.

“Tested for Covid four times today. Two tests came back negative, two were positive with the same machine, the same test and the same nurse,” Musk wrote in a tweet.
In his tweet, Musk also wrote that his examination results indicated “something very fake”.
Each method of testing for each infection will yield a detection number of false positives and false negatives. According to the material about the test published by the Food and Drug Administration, it is stated that false positive results are more likely to occur when the COVID-19 infection rate is low and false negatives are more likely to occur when the disease infection rate is high.
