In Ellen’s first show from home, she talked about her experiences with self-isolation. “Quarantine feels like you’re in prison,” said the presenter. “This is mainly due to the fact that I’ve been wearing the same thing every day for the past ten days and everyone here is gay at home.” It was quickly picked up by Twitterers, who accuse her of not fully understanding how difficult it is if you’re not a celebrity.
