As the head of ElectroMobility Poland (EMP) said, during the online event in which everyone interested in the domestic brand will be able to take part, demonstration prototypes of the hatchback and SUV versions will be presented.
– This is a very important moment of the project. We will announce the brand name and show prototypes in which the best Polish and international experts were involved – he noted. As he emphasized, excellent specialists were gathered around the idea of the Polish “electrician”. – For them this undertaking is not only a job, but above all a great passion, which is perfectly reflected in our car models – he added.
According to the head of EMP, “unique design and technological solutions that meet global standards will find recognition in the eyes of the recipients.”
Zaremba reminded that initially the premiere was to take place by the end of June 2020. He pointed out that the reason for the postponement was the epidemic of COVID-19, which delayed the process of preparing a public presentation.
– These unexpected complications verified our plans related to the concept of premiere, but at the same time inspired us to use the extra time to organize an online event available for each – he added.
He noted that the project arouses great interest because it is a significant step on the road to the reconstruction of Polish motorization. – That’s why we want to share our results with internet users who will want to join the broadcast. We are building a car that is to be universal, which is why such a common form of its presentation. The concept of the event also meets the conditions of pandemic restrictions – he explained.
The production of the Polish electric car is to start in 2023. Designers of the prototypes are responsible for the designers of the Italian stylist Torino Design – one of the most renowned in the automotive world. The consultant is Tadeusz Jelec, one of the most recognized car designers who has worked for Jaguar for many years. The EMP company, which coordinates the entire project to build a Polish electrician, also cooperates with a technical integrator – EDAG Engineering.
The ElectroMobility Poland company was established in October 2016. It is controlled by four energy companies – PGE, Energa, Enea and Tauron. Each shareholder, providing PLN 17.5 million, took 25% each. share capital, obtaining the same number of votes at the general meeting of shareholders.
