Frankfurt / Main (dpa) – The soccer women from Eintracht Frankfurt have missed the leap to the top of the Bundesliga table. The Hessians parted from Turbine Potsdam 3: 3 (3: 2) on Friday evening.

With 22 points, the Frankfurt women temporarily moved up to at least second place in the table behind the tied leaders VfL Wolfsburg, who like Bayern Munich (21) and TSG 1899 Hoffenheim (20) are still in action at the weekend.

Melissa Kössler gave the guests the lead after less than 30 seconds, which Laura Prasnikar equalized in the 2nd minute. After that, a lively game developed with opportunities on both sides. Nicole Anyomi (10th) used one of them to make it 2-1, but Selina Cerci (16th) equalized just a few minutes later for Turbine. Barbara Dunst (29th) scored the 3: 2 for the hosts, Dina Orschmann equalized to 3: 3 (86th). In the final phase, Karen Holmgaard from Potsdam (88th) saw the yellow-red card.
