Al-Marsad Newspaper: The case of the Egyptian girl, Naira Ashraf, who was slaughtered by her colleague in Egypt, has re-emerged.
Financial compensation
It is scheduled that an Egyptian court will hear next Sunday the lawsuit filed by the girl’s lawyer, Naira Ashraf, against the murderer, Mohamed Adel, in which he demands financial compensation of 10 million pounds for her family, according to Al Arabiya Net.
Inform the offender
Khaled Abdel Rahman, Naira’s lawyer, said that he informed the perpetrator of this lawsuit, indicating that if he is executed, his mother and family will be required to pay the amount.
Compensation payment
And he added that the murderer’s mother is his legal heir, and therefore she must pay compensation upon its approval by the judiciary, stressing that the crime is proven and documented, and the highest Egyptian court upheld the death penalty.
