Al-Marsad newspaper: Today, Tuesday, Egypt’s Ismailia Criminal Court holds the third session of the trial against the person accused of killing his nephew, a determined person, because the victim did not return £400 which he had borrowed from the accused.
The victim’s sister said she is eager to attend the trial sessions of her uncle accused of killing her brother, and holds in her hands photos of her brother and the new clothes she bought to spend Eid al-Fitr celebrations. explaining that her brother died, killed by his uncle during the month of Ramadan, saying: I carry his clothes into the hands of whoever bought it to wear on Eid, but didn’t take it..because his uncle beat him during Ramadan. .and died after Eid, according to the Cairo 24 website.
He added that the cause of the incident was that his brother had obtained an amount of £400, which he had borrowed from his uncle, noting that his brother had snatched more than once from his uncle due to his inability to pay that amount, and followed him more than once, and when he learned his whereabouts, violently struck him on the head while he was sleeping in the room One of the public parks, which caused him a head injury, confirming that his uncle kept his promise by saying : If I saw it, his brain would split in two.
He indicated that some passers-by intervened to avoid a quarrel and severely beat his brother, but the brother told passers-by not to attack his uncle because of the relationship, and that the quarrel was between a father and son, saying them: They will leave this uncle.
