Al-Marsad Newspaper: The release of a clip, a video, of a man skinning a donkey in a canal, has sparked panic among the people of the Governorate of Qalyubia in Egypt.
In the clip appears a man in white underwear, in the middle of the canal, with a donkey, who has just finished skinning him.
The video indicated that people had gathered at the scene of the accident to capture the man, who had refused to comply with their request to remove the donkey from the area they were in.
The video showed the donkey owner procrastinating, trying to calm people down by waiting for a car to take the donkey away.
From the video it appears that the donkey owner was panicked and worried about what would happen to him, from the people who caught him skinning the donkey and tried to evade a request for “land” by claiming who wanted to fill it inside the canal, then surprised them by asking for “a cigarette” and did it: with a loud laugh, people provoked themselves.
