Education. At the Colomb de Lure high school, students take the stage to promote the BTS accounting management

“Silence… and action! The computer room of the Georges-Colomb high school hosted Friday, January 8, the shooting of a short film whose actors were none other than the first year students of BTS accounting management. Accompanied by their professor of economics management Delphine Mougel, who also played the game, they had to make a short film of three minutes to present their training.

A three-minute short film

As part of their first participation in the “Filme ta formation” competition, initiated by leCanaldesMetiers.tv , the students lent themselves to the acting game, to which they are not used. “It’s not easy because we ask them to work as an actor and we only have one day to shoot all the shots”, launches Laurent Giroud, actor in the Bisontine company The Mosquito’s cry.

“Speak loudly and do not rush”

Helped by his colleague Eve Arbez on camera, he ensures the correct staging. “We have to put more energy into it! Speak loudly and do not rush, ”launches the actor. Delphine Mougel, their professor of management economics, an extra in the short film, does not hesitate to give her students some advice: “There is a repetition in your line, a word should be changed”.

Inspired by the story of Alice in Wonderland

The plans are linked and everyone must memorize their text. Exercise is more stressful for some than others. “It’s not easy to act, we are not used to it”, slips Geoffrey, who plays the Mad Hatter. The screenplay, which was written entirely by the students, is inspired by the story of Alice in Wonderland. “I came up with the idea,” says the young man. “As in the story, she is lost and must make a choice, it refers to a high school student who would hesitate in his choice of training,” he explains.

The films will be shown to high school students

In the main role of Alice, we find Coralie, who seems more comfortable in the exercise: “I have already done a little theater, but it is always super stressful at the beginning. But once you really step into the character’s shoes, you really have fun! “

In total, the two comedians from Bisont helped in the making and editing of eleven short films with various training courses offered by the school, such as the BTS Tourism. These will be presented to first and last year students to guide them in their choice of orientation.
