Second riot in 1.5 months in Guayaquil prison

In the Ecuadorian city of Guayaquil, inmates of one of the largest penitentiary institutions in the country started a riot, which killed at least 58 people. About this on Saturday, November 13, reported head of the Guayas region, Pablo Arosemena.

“According to the data we have now, 58 prisoners have died, 12 prisoners have been injured and are receiving medical assistance,” Arosemena said.
