The Revenue Agency and the Ministry of Economic Development will check the truthfulness of what has been presented. In addition, they will verify that applicants are eligible for the bonus. In case of false statements, there will be consequences. The Relaunch Decree is very severe in this regard. If you submit untruthful documents, you will not be eligible for the bonus first. In addition, there will be heavy penalties. There are between € 2,000 and € 15,000 for each false document returned.

An administrative sanction from 2,000 to 15,000 euros will be applied to subjects who issue unfaithful declarations and assertions, for each false document returned: the Ministry of Economic Development will supervise.

The Revenue Agency will check all the documentation presented. In the event of a lack of requirements, the penalties will be imposed on the taxpayer and suppliers. He expects July 18 for more information.
