GenPI.co – Research shows eating chilies can help a person avoid heart disease or cancer, allowing them to live longer.
The latest research analyzes more than 4,729 previous studies from five leading global health databases, which include the health and dietary records of more than 570,000 people in America, China, Iran and Italy.

They found that people who ate chilies had a 26 percent lower risk of dying from heart disease, cancer and other chronic diseases, the Health page reported.
Previous research has also found that chilies (of many varieties, including cayenne pepper and jalapeno) can have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anticancer regulatory effects and regulate blood glucose.
