Duh, iPhone 13 screen is not responsive because of this problem

Jakarta

Apple launch iPhone 13 and iOS 15 publicly last week, and it wasn’t long before users reported some bugs they were experiencing on their devices. The latest reported bug is quite significant because it is related to the iPhone 13 screen.

Via Twitter and Reddit, some iPhone 13 users have complained that their new phone’s screen is unresponsive to the touch. This bug reportedly appeared in the public version of iOS 15 and iOS 15.1 beta.

Several posts on Reddit and Twitter say the issue affects the tap to wake feature on the iPhone, as well as interacting with other aspects of the iOS interface.

From some initial reports, it seems that this issue only affects the new iPhone 13 line. But from some complaints on Twitter, some older iPhones that are already running iOS 15 are also experiencing this problem.

This means that this problem is most likely related to a software bug in the iOS 15, and not a problem with the iPhone 13 hardware, as quoted from 9to5Mac, Thursday (30/9/2021).

Some users reported that they were able to solve this problem by rebooting the iPhone that had the problem. Some users also say they simply touch the iPhone screen a few times to wake up the screen.

Apple is currently testing iOS 15.1 in beta but this issue is still being found in that version. The company created by Steve Jobs has promised to release software updates to fix various problems found in iOS 15 and iPadOS 15.

Since its release last week, iOS 15 there are a number of problems. For example, bugs related to the iPhone 13 and Apple Watch, incompatible device storage, widget and Apple Music issues, as well as several security holes that have been reported by security researchers.
