Due to sick and quarantined members, the composition of the sectional election commissions abroad for the runoff on Sunday will not be clear until the last moment. This was stated by the Deputy Chairman and spokesman of the Central Election Commission Tsvetozar Tomov on the air of “This Saturday” on bTV.
According to him, there are signals for volunteers from abroad who are prevented from joining as members of the PEC for the runoff on Sunday. Regarding signals from Germany that PEC members have not received methodological instructions for the second round, Tomov pointed out that there are none, because they will be the same as for the first round.
The ballots may not reach all sections in Asia. In Asia, voting will not be done with machines with more complex logistics, he added.
