Dubai: People living in Dubai are advised to register their companions’ details. The Dubai Land Department has issued an instruction on this. Two weeks have been allocated for this. Registration can be completed via the Dubai REST app.
Building owners, tenants, property management companies and developers must register. Enter your personal details and Emirates ID. Once registered you can update again. It should be updated on renewal of the contract.
After opening the Dubai Rest app, select the Individual section. You can access using the UAE pass. You can choose where your property is located on the dashboard. In the “Add More” section you can add everyone’s name and information. Those who live in the family should add the names of the family members. Names can be removed later.
