A ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the completion of 600 San Pedro, a new high-rise affordable housing development at the intersection of 6th and San Pedro Streets in Downtown Los Angeles. Related California and the Weingart Center Association partnered on the project, which aims to provide permanent supportive housing for individuals in need.

The 17-story tower, built on the site of a former public parking lot, stands as the largest 100 percent supportive housing development in Los Angeles. It features 302 fully furnished studio apartments, complete with appliances and air conditioning, alongside extensive on-site services.
