This Tuesday, March 2, around 7.45 a.m., a collision involving a van and a heavy goods vehicle occurred on the A7 motorway, in Saulce-sur-Rhône and in the direction of Lyon. The driver of the van that allegedly hit the back of the truck, injured, was taken care of by the firefighters before being transported to the Valence hospital center.

Traffic, which only takes place on one lane, is disrupted in the South / North direction. The gendarmes of the departmental squadron are mobilized on the spot in order to secure the intervention of the emergency services and then of the troubleshooters.
According to Vinci Autoroutes, the journey time is extended by around 30 minutes. Exit 17 Montelimar Nord is recommended, and entry on the A7 from this toll is not recommended. Vinci recommends taking the National 7 to the Loriol-sur-Drôme tollgate.
Shortly before 9:30 a.m., the emergency services ended on the A7 motorway. Traffic will resume normally in the direction of Lyon.
