At the Bühn local association, it is customary to invite all donors to be honored to a small snack in the DRK accommodation. “Of course that is not possible at the moment, but we did not want to postpone the honors,” reports Gabriele Klare. A drive-in honor, i.e. without the honoree having to leave his car and thus receive his individual certificate, needle and present outside, was the best alternative.
