Drinking beer may have a positive impact on men’s gut health

This is a revelation that should undoubtedly delight many consumers, with the arrival of summer and the return of hot weather. According to the results of a study conducted by researchers from the New University of Lisbon, drinking beer, and more particularly lager, help improve intestinal health men.

Also, the results of this study were similar for non-alcoholic beer, meaning that the benefits of beer are independent of whether it is alcoholic or not.
