There are many drinks that are known to lose weight when included in the diet, especially if they are made of healthy elements that benefit the body.

One of the uncommon drinks is cinnamon with honey, which is very strong and has an effective effect and loses weight in a short time, according to the “Good Life” website.

Cinnamon provides many health benefits. It softens the skin and makes it supple, increases blood flow and reduces cholesterol levels, in addition to being very important for the heart, intestine and stomach, and speeds up the process of losing weight.

You can replace sugar with cinnamon by adding a quarter of a teaspoon, or mix it with honey and drink it every night before bed.

The method of work:

Boil 200 ml of water, then add half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and leave it for 30 minutes to cool.

When the water has cooled enough, add a teaspoon of honey and let it rest in the refrigerator.

Take one cup of this drink 30 minutes before bed, and do not add anything else to the ingredients.

The drink will not be effective, unless you drink it before bed, it will lose weight, cleanse the digestive system, and remove parasites and bacteria.
