Dreams will be compatible with VR from July 22

Yesterday at the DreamsCom, the little guys from Media Molecule announced that Dreams will soon benefit from a feature long overdue. Indeed, from the 22nd of July next, Dreams can be practiced in virtual reality via the PlayStation VR.

In order to familiarize Dreams players with VR, Media Molecule has created an introduction called “All aboard the VR train”. Obviously, several manuals will also be there to teach all the tricks to create experiences in virtual reality. New gadgets are also added to the Design mode including vignetting and the fixed sky. Note that players who are not equipped with VR will still be able to discover the creations on their flat screen.

However, the community will still be able to specify whether or not content is conducive to VR. User-created content in Dreams will ask players to rate the comfort of the experience. In short, everything will be in place to enjoy an optimal experience once the helmet is screwed on the head.
