It wasn’t Kenneth Vermeer’s day at Los Angeles FC. The Dutchman saw his team lose 3-1 when visiting Seattle Sounders and did not look good himself at the 2-0.
Vermeer received a beautiful goal from Raúl Ruidíaz in the first half and was not fully awake when he was back on the field with his team for the second half. The goalkeeper misjudged a deep pass, was too late for the ball and saw Jordan Morris tapping the ball into an empty goal.
The game ended in a 3-1 victory for the home team.
