LIKE BROTHER, LIKE SISTER
By his own admission, Drake Batherson is passionate about hockey.
Whenever he has the chance, he watches matches on television. He is also an avid supporter of women’s hockey, with his sister Mae playing defense for the Syracuse University Orange.
“It’s fantastic to see her go. She is a defender who plays well in both directions, makes good passes. She is in her second season and she would love to play for the pros one day. But due to COVID, she’s going to have one more year of eligibility, five years instead of four, ”he says.
