‘Dr Manoon’ warns COVID may cause pneumonia to recur in people who’ve had lymphoma

Dr. Manoon Leechawengwong, doctor of Vichaiyut Hospital, has issued a warning about the COVID-19 virus. it can persist in the body and cause repeated pneumonia in people who have had lymphoma.

Today (December 8), Facebook “Doctor Manoon Leechawengwong FC” or Dr. Manoon Leechawengwong, head of intensive care specializing in respiratory diseases, intensive care and diseases of the elderly. at Vichaiyut hospital he posted a warning that the COVID-19 virus can persist in the body and cause repeated pneumonia in people who have had lymphoma.

stating that “The COVID-19 virus can persist (persistent) in the body. and repeatedly cause pneumonia in people who have had lymphoma. This group of people could be a breeding ground for new strains of the COVID virus to spread the infection to others. If possible, efforts should be made to eradicate the virus in the body of these people by administering more antiviral drugs along with immunotherapy.

The patient, a 67-year-old man, had lymphoma treated 5 years ago with chemotherapy and had four cases of pneumonia caused by COVID-19 in four months.
1st time: July 2022
Fever, cough, fatigue, lung x-ray has white spots RT-PCR SARS-CoV 2 genetic code plus CT value 17.40 The first intravenous dose of remdesivir was administered on July 23 for 5 days after pneumonia improved.

2nd time : August 2022
Fever, cough, fatigue, and ATK positive X-ray pneumonia, received intravenous remdesivir on Aug. 23 for 10 days after pneumonia improved.

3rd time: September 2022
Cough, tiredness, positive ATK test.

4th time : October 2022
Fever, cough, fatigue, pneumonia x-rays SARS-CoV2 RT-PCR genetic code plus CT value 19.04, remdesivir administered intravenously for 10 days on October 19, 2022 after receiving full remdesivir. Continue taking Paxlovid and Molnupiravir at the same time for 5 days each.

This patient had previously received 4 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, 2 doses of AstraZeneca, 1 dose of Pfizer and 1 dose of Moderna, but spike protein antibody testing showed no immunity. All (less than 50) patients received Evusheld Immunotherapy. After the first intramuscular injection on August 16, 2022, 1 month later, the level of antibodies to the spike protein was measured at 19,876. 2 weeks later, the antibody immunity is more than 40,000 AU/ml

Follow-up patients 5 weeks after taking anti-Covid 3 drugs at the same time, i.e. Injectable Remdesivir, Paxlovid, Oral Molnupiravir plus Evusheld Intramuscular Immunotherapy after suffering from Pneumonia No. , negative. Recent x-ray of the lungs is back to normal (see photo) I believe this treatment which can completely eliminate the COVID virus in the body must continue to closely monitor

One case has been reported in the UK as this case. Remdesivir and Paxlovid have been shown to have good results (see figure), indicating that the combination of antiviral agents enhances the antiviral effect. and the side effects do not increase.
